Express · 1–3 hours

• Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman only.
• Order between 10 AM and 10 PM (UAE time) for delivery within 1–3 hours.
• Fee: Sharjah AED 19 · Ajman AED 25 · Dubai AED 39.
• Paid by card only (no cash on delivery).

Next Day

• All emirates.
• Order before 12 PM and we deliver the next business day. Orders after 12 PM leave the next business day.
• Fee: AED 10, free on orders over AED 100.
• Pay by card, or cash on delivery (+AED 10 cash-on-delivery fee).

Economy · 4–6 business days

• All emirates, New items only.
• Fee: AED 12, free on orders of AED 149 or more.
• Paid by card only (no cash on delivery).

Cash on delivery

Available with Next Day delivery. A AED 10 fee is added at checkout and you pay the full amount in cash to the courier. We may call you to confirm your order before we send it.

Tracking and delivery attempts

Once your order ships we share the courier and tracking details with you. The courier calls the mobile number you gave at checkout before delivering, so please keep your phone on.

If the courier can't reach you, they will try again. Orders that can't be delivered after repeated attempts come back to us; cash-on-delivery orders are then cancelled.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Public holidays, bad weather or high demand can add a day or two. If your order is late, contact us and we'll check it with the courier.
