Returns & refunds

Unopened items

• Free return: we collect the item at no cost to you.
• Full refund, including the delivery fee and the cash-on-delivery fee.

Opened or used items

• Still returnable within the return period.
• Refund to your bank account: AED 10 return shipping is deducted.
• Refund as store credit: no deduction, we pay the return shipping.
• Please return everything that came in the box (accessories, cables, eartips, case).

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

Tell us within the return period and we'll collect it free of charge and send a replacement or give you a full refund. After the return period, faults are handled under the product's warranty.

How to return

• Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. WhatsApp or call +971 50 323 1329, or email accessomarts@gmail.com.
• For a faulty item, a short photo or video helps us sort it out faster.
• We book the pickup and let you know the time.

Refunds

• You choose: bank transfer (IBAN) or store credit (a one-time code for your next order).
• We refund within 7 business days after we receive and check the item.
• Orders paid by card are refunded to the same card.
